In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, KMNR Engineering utilizes a support ticket system. Tickets submitted notify Engineering staff immediately via mobile messaging and email, so there is no need to call unless there is a station emergency. In case of a station emergency, please call the Chief Engineer or an appropriate active KMNR eBoard member. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
